Privacy Policy

telatpercan, a self-employed sole proprietorship (sahis sirketi) registered in Turkey, operating under Tim's Journey brand name ("Company", "we", "us" and "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices regarding the Personal Information (defined below) we collect from users through our mobile and tablet applications ("Applications") and services made available through the Applications (collectively "Services").

This Privacy Policy will apply if you have downloaded one of our Applications and, if so, you are individually referred to as a "User" (and collectively "Users").

We may change or update the Privacy Policy at any time as we add new or different features, or as the law changes. Unless another date is given, the changes are effective upon posting. Thus, you should review the Privacy Policy frequently.

This Privacy Policy is also part of the Terms of Use (the "Terms"), which you, or if you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian, must read and accept on your behalf.

What Information We Collect

There are two types of information that may be collected.

The first one is called "Personal Information", which is personally identifiable information that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing Information.

Tim's Journey does not collect personal information from children in any of its applications. However, Tim's Journey may collect personal information you directly give us while requesting technical support via Help section, Facebook page, or email.

"Anonymous Information" means information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons.

The Applications are designed for the whole family, including young children under 13 years of age under parent supervision.

How We Use Collected Information

We use your personal information (such as name or email address) only to provide you with the technical assistance you requested.

In the sections for parents we automatically collect anonymous information:

  • country
  • state or region
  • device model
  • operating system and version
  • language set on your device
  • IP address (technical logs retained for 30 days)
  • device advertising identifier (if consent provided)

As of this Privacy Policy, Tim's Journey works with these providers:

  • Google Cloud (server infrastructure)
  • Google Firebase (errors/crashes reports, push notifications)
  • Amplitude (in-app analytics)
  • Facebook Analytics (in-app analytics)
  • Yandex Metrika (website analytics)
  • Google Analytics (website analytics)
  • Facebook Pixel (website analytics)
  • Snapchat Pixel (website analytics)

Legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR, as this data is necessary for account setup, localization, app improvement, technical issue monitoring, communication on new content and offers, marketing efficiency estimation, and service security.

How We Protect Collected Information

The information we collect through the Services is stored and processed on servers located in the EU, hosted by Google Cloud.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Tim's Journey retains the data collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Your Rights According to the GDPR

As the data subject, you have the right of access (Art 15 GDPR), rectification (Art 16 GDPR), erasure (Art 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art 18 GDPR), and data portability (Art 20 GDPR).

You can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time by emailing support@timsjourney.app.

Effective Date and Changes

The effective date of this Privacy Policy is February 24th, 2026. This Privacy Policy was written in English (US). To the extent any translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
